DUE TO COVID 19 I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS!


**I really appreciate your support however, since I am the only person running Chronicle Customz after about ten tumbler orders, over the course of three weeks, they will be stated as "sold out". I will personally email you if there is any delay in your order. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.**


Damages & issues:

Please contact me through my business email, [email protected], immediately after inspecting your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. I will evaluate the issue and fix it. Send legitimate proof of damage when emailing me. 


Refunds: 

Your order will qualify to be approved if I haven’t printed a shipping label or hasn’t already been shipped. If approved then you will be refunded with your original payment. Please note that this can take time to process through your bank/ credit card company & to be refunded. 


Shipping Cost:

Shipping is included with every item you purchase. When you proceed to the check you will see your order is free of shipping.
